I've been watching a really rough old Halcyon 27 on ebay the past couple of weeks. She looks like she's beyond economic repair (especially as she's down in cornwall). The owner seems to be asking a lot of money for her but this may be wishful thinking. If he eventually ends up breaking her for parts, it may be a valuable source for other H27 fans to pick up some bits. Might be worth sending him/her a message. I'm going to.

Yep, that's the one. It's a real shame, but looks like she's been left full of water for a long while. If it wasn't for that she'd probably be a good boat for someone. Replacing all the rotten internal bulkheads and joinery would be an absolute turd of a job.
