Has anyone done it? If so how hard was it?

Mine will need replacing in the next couple of seasons.

Also, if anyone has any plans for the replacement plates, I would love to get a copy.

Ravingmadroy had a new set last year, not sure if he still has them, sure he will pop up sooner or later. I had mine shot lasted, epoxy filled then carbon wrapped, I'm sure you could just as easy glass them, saves opening a can of worms trying to get them off
